Hub
The connective infrastructure of the alliance.
Hub is the shared operating layer across Plus — research, staff, tooling, and rhythm that lets six programs act as one.
Hub exists to keep the alliance coherent. It provides the shared services — research operations, editorial standards, secure collaboration, and financial infrastructure — that would otherwise be duplicated across every constituent organization.
In practice, Hub is where cross-program work is designed, staffed, and defended. It is deliberately small, deliberately senior, and deliberately embedded with every other program.
