Civic Signal

Long-form investigation into information integrity.

01Overview

Civic Signal is Plus's research program on platform behavior, information systems, and the shape of civic discourse at scale.

Civic Signal treats the information environment as a system with measurable dynamics — incentives, feedback loops, choke points, and asymmetries. We investigate how these dynamics shape civic outcomes.

Reports are long-form, method-first, and published to be reused. Every study ships with its data, its instruments, and the questions we could not yet answer.
